Practices
Where are they?
In order to reach our full potential as a team, not only do we practice in class, but also after school. Practices are held in Coach Frost's room, Room 116, at the senior campus. HOWEVER, due to COVID, these will be held online over Zoom.

What do we do?

Practices are meant to improve individual skills as well as develop cases. There are individual practices for each event on a specific weekday. To learn more about when these practices will be held, please join the debate Remind.
Captains of different events may choose to run things differently. For example, on a practice day, the LD captain might be doing a topic analysis, while the PF captain might be judging or having a practice debate. Speech practices can consist of drills and practice speeches.
No matter what, always come prepared and ready to work. There is a zero tolerance policy for goofing around and the distraction of other team members.

How do I stay updated?

Please remember to check the remind and to join your event's group chat to see information about practices. To join a group chat, either communicate with an officer or captain which event you would like to join.
Also, anytime practices are cancelled, that will also be communicated through the remind and the calendar.
